Veridian Vista Realty’s journey began in 2010 with a vision to redefine the real estate experience. Founded by Eleanor Vance, a seasoned professional with a deep passion for property and people, the company started as a small boutique agency in Austin, Texas. - 2010: Veridian Vista Realty is founded in Austin, Texas, by Eleanor Vance, focusing on residential properties in the central Texas area. The initial team consisted of Eleanor and two dedicated agents.
- 2012: The company expands its services to include property management and investment consulting, catering to a growing demand for comprehensive real estate solutions. We welcomed our first property manager, David Chen, to the team.
- 2014: Recognizing the potential of the Miami market, Veridian Vista Realty opens its second office in Miami, Florida. This expansion allows the company to tap into the luxury waterfront property market.
- 2016: Veridian Vista Realty embraces technology by launching a user-friendly online platform with property listings, virtual tours, and client portals. This innovation enhances the client experience and streamlines the property search process.

- 2022: Veridian Vista Realty achieves record sales volume and earns recognition as one of the top-performing real estate agencies in the country. Eleanor Vance is awarded "Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year" by the National Association of Realtors.
